CLIMCO is a manufacturer of engineered coils, solenoids & actuators for heavy truck, construction, mining & agricultural equipment, SUVs, pickup trucks and higher end automotive applications.

CLIMCO works extremely closely with its customers to design or redesign engineered mechatronics that require tooling specific to that product and often require the development of specialized manufacturing processes.

Typical program objectives include sealing against water ingress, developing a more cost effective design, integrating electronics, greater reliability or improving the ease in which the coil, stator or solenoid can be assembled into the customer’s end product.

CLIMCO has broad engineering and manufacturing capabilities and has a very well equipped in-house tool room for prototyping, for tool construction and for tool maintenance.

Specific Technologies in which CLIMCO has expertise include magnetic modeling, solenoid & actuator design, over-molding, integrating electronics, high temperature materials and termination techniques.
